New online service launches that promises to match businesses with better credit card processing services through their algorithm driven comparison tool.
Houston, Texas – MerchantNegotiators.com, a website devoted to changing the way businesses acquire credit card processing services, launched publicly on Friday, April 10th.
MerchantNegotiators.com makes credit card processors’ features, terms, and prices transparent and comparable for the first time.
Comparable to Expedia, but for the merchant account services industry, MerchantNegotiators.com takes 40 of the largest credit card processors, reviews and researches them — and has them compete for business on their site. To participate, each processor must disclose their prices, and those prices have been converted to an overall monthly price so apples-to-apples comparisons are possible for the first time online.
According to founder Rich McIver, “77% of all US purchases are made with credit or debit cards, so accepting credit cards is a must for most businesses. Unfortunately, historically, obtaining credit card processing for a business owner was really frustrating; you never knew whether you were getting a good deal, or how much you were going to end up actually paying when the bill arrived. We’ve fixed that by making the marketplace transparent and now business owners can easily compare processors by features, customer satisfaction and by a single overall monthly price.”
The website uses sophisticated algorithms to make shopping for credit card processing more transparent and affordable. In addition, MerchantNegotiators.com helps keep rates low for users for the life of an account by monitoring its users statements for free to identify any rate creep, or new fees added to an account by the processors.
